Aasimars will occasionally appear amongst the people of Sharn, typically born to a woman who lives alone and has no husband. Seen as a blessing from the gods, much is expected of these babies, although many women will keep the divine conception nature of the child a secret in fear of the baby becoming misunderstood or used for political purposes.

Most Aasimar are born to a human mother, although could be of any race. Given the secretive nature often surrounding an aasimar their total variations aren’t known, although they typically resemble their mother’s race very strongly with golden or shock-white hair or pupils of silver or gold. In the high magic world of Eberron, these differences are memorable, but typically aren’t enough to cause someone to want to investigate an aasimar’s nature more closely. Many aasimar who make an effort to hide within the populace of their parent race are able to go by unnoticed.

Aasimar from Breland

Aasimar are extremely rare, but all of the documented sightings of them have been in Sharn and so are unlikely to be found anywhere else.
